Please note we work hard to accommodate everyone. If you are running 15 minutes late for your appointment we will need to reschedule and forfeit your booking fee. Being late will create a delay to your artist schedule which is unfair to other clients.

We reserve the right to refuse our services.

Please arrive on time to fill out client paperwork and to get checked in.

Booking

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule full procedures treatments. The remaining balance is due on the day of the procedure.

Follow up

We will no longer provide a free complementary follow up to your service. We have noticed that many of our clients do not need it or are happy with the way they look. However, if you need a touch up we do recommend booking your follow up/touch up appointment within 8-12 weeks after the original procedure time frame to ensure great results. A non-refundable $50 is required to book your follow up.

Annual touch ups:

$50 is required to book your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your touch up. Annual touch touch ups will not be scheduled any sooner than the recommended time frame. 1yr. No exceptions.

If you would like to change from Microblading to Ombre powder brows it will no longer be considered a touch up and you will need to book a full procedure slot. You will be charged accordingly.

If at anytime you go to another technician after Elizabeth has done your original procedure/s she will no longer perform any future services on you. Permanent makeup is art and not science.

No show Fee:

If you do not show up for your touch up, a $50 no show fee is required before rescheduling your appointment.

If you are a no show for your full procedure you will forfeit your deposit. A full deposit is required to put you back on the schedule.

Rescheduling

Please note that we work hard to accommodate everyone. If you need to cancel or reschedule we would greatly appreciate a 72 hours notices to avoid cancellation fee. If you do not show up on the specified appointment date and time deposit is non-refundable. Please note due to our busy schedule if you wait to reschedule your appointment will be pushed back 2-5 months as spots are limited. Please understand that changes affect not only your artist but to other clients as well.

Communication

It is always best to book directly on our website for faster appointment time. For email, text, phone calls please allow 1-3 business days for response. Once you book your appointment you will receive a confirmation via email. You can also, cancel on the same email confirmation. You will receive a refund if you cancel within the cancellation time frame.

No Guests Please

Due to the Nature of our services, we respectfully ask that you have no company during your appointment. Please children, family, quest and pets are not allowed in the treatment area. Only client will be allowed in the procedure room. If your guest(s) would like to wait, grab a bite or shop around, there are some local coffee shops, restaurants and plazas close by.

Corrective work/ Previous Permanent Makeup or Microblading

Elizabeth does not normally do corrective work or microblading on previous semi-permanent makeup brows unless the treated area has faded by 70%. Please send us pictures. If Elizabeth can’t determine if you’re a good candidate by your photos she will ask you to schedule a consultation to have a better look at your treated area before booking an appointment. Please note Elizabeth does not do microblading on previous work. Only powder ombre brows.

Cancellation Policy

72 hours cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. You may also cancel directly from your confirmation email. Your $50 deposit will be refunded back to your account only if you cancel within the cancellation time frame. If you fail to do so within 72 hours you will lose your deposit.
